Once your new account is created, the very first thing you should do is watch our Interactive Webinar if you haven't already!


Once you're done with that, sign up for our live training Zoom calls! Every week our Product Experts conduct these live trainings, walking new users through system functions and answering questions live.


The following trainings can be found and signed up for on our Events page:

  • Onboarding and Q&A - Once you've seen the Webinar, this is the best place to get started!
  • New User Training Part 1 and New User Training Part 2 - Split into two parts, our New User Training is a beginning-to-end walkthrough of the entire loan process in ARIVE!
  • Office Hours - Our Office Hours calls are an open Q&A where you can ask any questions you want and see the answers demonstrated live!

You'll also want to join our Facebook group, ARIVE Mortgage Brokers. We have a wonderful community of users happy to share their favorite tips and tricks for using the system, and some of our support agents frequently answer questions there as well.


If you aren't able to make it to our weekly New User Training sessions linked above, we have recordings of previous sessions that you can watch here:

These are no substitute for the live sessions though, and I strongly recommend joining live when you can to make sure you are getting the most up-to-date info.
