Welcome to your new Third Party Processing account with ARIVE!

This guide will walk you through the settings you'll want to configure before you start working on loans.

First, we'll look at your User Settings.

All users have a User Settings page with customizations and configurations that only apply to you personally. To get to your User Settings, click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and click User Settings.

From here you can configure your account. Settings in this page are organized into tabs on the left side of the screen.

Personal Info: Here you have access to the following settings;

  • Name and Roles - You can edit your name, but Roles can only be configured by Company Admins via Company Settings > Users.
  • Photo - You can upload a photo or other profile image.
  • NMLS ID - Your personal NMLS number (if you have one). This should be set by your Admin when they create your account, but you can edit it if you need to.
  • Email - The email address associated with your ARIVE account. If you need to change this email address, please create a ticket or start a chat with our support team.
  • Phone Numbers
  • Client-Facing Title - If you want to display a title other than your assigned role to your borrowers in the POS application/task list, enter it here.
  • Social Media Links

E-Signing: Here you will set up your E-Signing, either with ARIVE eSign or by integrating your existing DocuSign account.

Note: Your Third Party Processing subscription includes access to ARIVE eSign.

Email Signature: Here you can set an email signature, which will appear at the bottom of system-generated emails.

See: Customizing your Email Signature or Pre-Approval Signature

Email Integrations: Here you can integrate your Email account, allowing system-generated emails you send to borrowers to come "From" your email address.

My Plan and Billing: If you're a self-paid user, this is where you'll choose and pay for your subscription. For Third Party Processors, there is only one seat type.

That's all there is to it for your User Settings.

Now, lets look at your Company Settings. These are only accessible by Company Admins.

Company Admins have access to the Company Settings page. To get to your Company Settings, click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and click Company Settings.

From here you can configure your account. Settings in this page are organized into tabs on the left side of the screen.

Organization Info: Here you have access to the following settings;

  • Organization Info - Basic company info including address, phone number, etc. This will be pre-filled with your company's information listed on the NMLS Consumer Access website, but you can edit anything you want except the NMLS #.
  • Domain Settings - This is the URL that you and your staff will use to log in to the system. This always ends in ".myarive.com", and by default starts with your company NMLS number, but that can be customized.
  • Business Hours - Does not currently affect system behavior.

Licenses: Enter your company's state licenses here.

Note: In states without license requirements, enter a license with no number or any number.

Processing Fees: Here you can set your processing fees that will automatically be applied, based on brokerage, type of loan, and other criteria.

Plans and Billing: Here you can purchase your Company subscription, see and adjust your plan details and your payment method, and see your payment history. For Third Party Processors, there is only one seat type.

See: Purchasing Seats at the Company Level

Users: Here you can see the users in your company and Add or Edit users.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When adding a user who needs to be assignable as a Contract Processor, make sure you select the Contract Processor role. If this role is not selected, LOs will not be able to assign this user to their Team.

See: Adding Users to ARIVE

Roles: Currently all you can do in this tab is click on a role to see a list of users in the company with that role.

Important: For instructions on how LOs can add you to their loans, see Adding Third Party Processors to Your Team
