When your account is first created, whether with a new Company account or just a new User account in an existing company, you should receive an email almost immediately.
When first logging into the system, you will need to set up your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). We require this for all users, because of the sensitive nature of the customer data that is inevitably contained in an LOS system.
You have two options for MFA.
Using an Authentication App. Download Google Authenticator, Authy, Auth0 Guardian, Microsoft Authenticator, or another third-party authentication app onto your mobile device and use it to scan the Setup QR Code to connect the app to ARIVE.
SMS Text Authentication. If you prefer to use text-based authentication, click the "I'd rather use SMS" link. You'll be prompted to enter your phone number, and then enter the 6-digit code the system sends you by text.
If you receive a message that your phone number is not valid, please be sure you are entering the number only, without the country code or any dashes.
Once you've done either of these, your MFA is set up. Each time you log in, you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code shown in your Authentication App, or the 6-digit code texted to your phone (depending on which you set up).
You will be shown a recovery code and prompted to save it--this isn't essential. If you do lose access to your MFA device you can always reset your MFA by clicking the "Lost MFA Device?" link.
