How to Export Your Business Contacts
Follow these steps to generate and download an Excel file of your business contacts.
- Navigate to the Contacts tab and select Business Contacts.
- Go to the Additional Options menu in the top right-hand corner, represented by the button with three dots.
- Click Export All Contacts.
- You will be prompted to download the generated Excel file. Save it to your computer.

The process generates an Excel file (.xlsx) containing all your business contacts.

This function exports all business contacts at once. The ability to export a selection of contacts is not supported in the current release.
