Export a detailed breakdown of monthly principal and interest payments


Use this guide to download a full amortization schedule from the Product & Pricing tab, Pricing Results, or the Review Fees tab. You can export the schedule either before or after applying pricing to a loan file.


This is useful for showing the monthly principal and interest breakdown, including when mortgage insurance is expected to be removed.

Before Applying a Product


Step 1:    Go to the Product & Pricing tab
Step 2:    Price your scenario
Step 3:    Choose a product and rate
Step 4:    Click the Monthly P+I amount
Step 5:    Click Download to export the amortization schedule as an .xlsx file

After a Product is Applied


Step 1:     Go to the Product & Pricing tab
Step 2:    Click the Amortization Schedule link
Step 3:    Click Download to export the amortization schedule as an .xlsx file

From the Review Fees Tab


Step 1:     Go to the Review Fees tab
Step 2:    Click More (…) in the top right corner
Step 3:    Click Amortization Schedule from the dropdown

Step 4:    Click Download to export the amortization schedule as an .xlsx file
