Solution:
To resolve this, clear your browser cache and cookies, making sure to set the time period to All Time. Then close all open web browser windows. After doing this, open a new window and you should be able to log in successfully.
To clear your browser cache and cookies in Google Chrome, click the ... in the upper right corner of Chrome and click Delete browsing data...
Set the time range to All Time and select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. Then click Delete data.
After doing this, close all open web browser windows. Then open a new window and you should be able to log in normally.
