This sometimes occurs when using an out-of-date or less supported web browser.


Solution:

We strongly recommend using Google Chrome when accessing ARIVE, as this is the browser that our system is most thoroughly tested with. In almost all cases, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and others will also work flawlessly. Always make sure that whichever browser you're using is up-to-date to it's latest version, and if you encounter a problem with any of the other browsers try using Chrome instead.


This issue can also be caused by a browser addon/plugin or third-party software on your computer, including antivirus or click-tracking programs. In particular, several of our users have reported this issue being caused by a third-party program called "Surf to earn" or "Surftoearn" installed on their computer. If you have updated your computer and your web browser to the latest versions and are still encountering this issue, please go to your computer's Settings > Apps > Installed Apps and uninstall this program if it is on your computer.
