Solution:
Officially, ARIVE is not accessible from outside the United States. Unofficially, we are aware that many users are able to connect to ARIVE internationally by using a VPN configured to show a US-based IP address. Our agents are not trained on the use of VPNs and will not be able to provide support for setting them up. You can check our Facebook group, ARIVE Mortgage Brokers for VPN recommendations.
If you encounter this error when you are not outside the United States, turn off any VPN you have active. If you continue to encounter the error, reach out to your IT professional.
