You will get the below screen when you are not using the correct LOS URL (login link) to login with ARIVE.
Each organization has their own unique LOS URL (login link). If you don't know your organization's LOS URL (login link), you can contact other users in your organization or ARIVE Support to get your organization's LOS URL (login link).
When you navigate to the LOS URL (login), the link will change. If you attempt to bookmark this changed LOS URL (login link) after you have navigated to the link, then you will have bookmarked the incorrect link. Most likely, the bookmarked link will be similar to the one in the image below.
We recommend you manually edit your LOS URL (login link) bookmark, enter your organization's unique LOS URL (login link), and save the bookmark. This will insure the correct bookmark is saved. You can do an internet search to find tutorials for how to edit bookmarks for your specific browser. Find links to instructions for Google Chrome and Safari below.
