The email address associated with your user account can be found by clicking on your profile icon or navigating to profile icon > User Settings > Personal Info


Individual users cannot change their own email address associated with their login. You'll notice clicking Edit in Personal Info won't allow you to change the email address field.  Depending on your user role, you'll need to request your email be changed by another party. Find out more details below. 



 How to Request Your Email Address Change


If you are not a Company Admin

If you are not a Company Admin, you should reach out to a Company Admin at your organization to request the email address associated with your user account be changed. 


Not all organizations have branches, but if you are in a branch you can also request your email address change from your Branch Admin. If you are a Branch Admin, another Branch Admin of the same branch can complete this change for you. Otherwise, reach out to the Company Admin to request your change of email address.


If you are a Company Admin

If you are a Company Admin and your organization has multiple Company Admins, you should reach out to another Company Admin at your organization to request the email address associated with your user account be changed.


If you are the only Company Admin at your organization, please email support@arive.com from the current email address associated with your user account to request your email address be changed. Please be sure to include the new email address in your request.




 How Company Admins Can Change a User's Email Address


Users in the main Company Account


1. If the user is in the main company, navigate to your profile icon > Company Settings > Users


If the user is in a branch, navigate to the building icon/branch button > select the branch (if applicable). Then, navigate to profile icon > Branch Settings > Users.



2. Locate user from the list or using the search field in the upper right.

3. Click the ... at the right end of the user's row.

 

4. Click Change Email.


5. Enter the user's new email address and click Save.


The user will receive an email at their new email address to verify the email address. After the user clicks the link the email, the user will be prompted to set a new password. Then, the user will be able to login using their updated email address. 


If the user states they did not receive the email, the user should check their spam/junk folder.
