Upon receiving the above error message when logging in, please do the following steps:


Go to your computer's Settings > Date & Time > turn off Set Time Automatically > then turn back on.

After doing this, you should be able to login successfully.


  • However, if you continue to have issues, please confirm that you are using the correct login URL for your company. 
  • This can be found under:

        Admin's Company Settings > Organization Info> Domain Settings

  • Also, confirm the correct email address is entered when logging in. If you're having a problem remembering your password, proceed to reset.
