- Strangely, this is sometimes caused by having uppercase characters entered in your DO username. Please be sure that your username is entered in all-lowercase.

- This error is caused by temporary system issues on Fannie Mae's end.

- When typing in any address field within the platform, be sure to select one of the suggested addresses that pops up or the system may not recognize the address as valid and present this error.

- Re-issue the credit report and choose "Override Liabilities".
- "Risk/Eligibility This case is ineligible because the co-borrowers are not married."
