Near the bottom of the POS App Config tab in your Company Settings, you can add custom questions at the end of the online 1003 application. Click Configure to add or edit questions.
Currently, custom Additional Questions can only be configured at the Company level by a Company Admin, and cannot be customized in Branch Settings or User Settings.
You can set which borrowers will be presented with the question and choose between dropdown, choices, checkboxes, or text as the mode of response. Type in the question and the answer options.
The borrower's responses to Custom Questions can be found in the Borrower Info tab of the loan file, below the Demographics section.
Custom Question responses can even be set as a criteria when building Client Needs Rules.
