The ARIVE Support Team is here for you!

ARIVE offers the following primary support channels:

  1. Chat - This is by far the fastest and most efficient way to get support. If you have a question that needs to be answered quickly, use chat.
  2. Email - [email protected]
  3. Phone - 888-34-ARIVE (27483)


We also monitor our Facebook Group, which serves as a less formal support resource.


Support Hours
Our support hours are currently 5:30 am PT to 5:30 pm PT / 8:30 am to 8:30 pm ET. However, if you have an urgent issue outside of these hours, please:

  1. Email [email protected] and clarify the severity.
  2. Post on our Facebook Group about the severity and include the ticket number obtained in the response you should receive after performing step 1.

It's not guaranteed, but it is common for our team to address issues outside of our support hours, especially when they are severe.


Live Chat Support

The fastest and most efficient way to reach our Support team is by starting a live support chat. In the bottom right corner of the screen when you are signed into ARIVE, or when on our support site, you will see a blue chat widget that looks like this:



Clicking the widget will open our chat dialogue box. Click Support Chat near the top of the options, then click Click here to select at the bottom of the window to select your chat topic. Please remember you can scroll down to see more options.


Once you do the above steps, your chat will be connected with a support agent! Our chat agents are typically available from 5:30 am to 5:30 pm PT / 8:30 am to 8:30 pm ET. If you start a chat outside of these hours, your chat will be converted to a ticket, which we will reply to the next business day.

You can also contact our support team by emailing [email protected]. For speed and efficiency of service, please send the email from the email address that is associated with your ARIVE account.

Phone

Please use one of the two aforementioned contact methods, and if a call is determined to be necessary our team will be happy to schedule a Zoom call with you to troubleshoot your issue. You can also reach our support team by phone at 888-34-ARIVE (27483). If you have an urgent issue, do not call--use the live Chat Support.
