If your Company Admin has set you to Self Paid, you can purchase your subscription from your User Settings > My Plan and Billing.


You can choose between the two seat types, Regular and Occasional.

  • Regular is for Loan Originators
  • Occasional is for LOAs, Processors, and anyone else who will not be the originator on a loan.
    • *Occasional seats are currently available for use by very low-volume Loan Originators, with the limitation that they only have two or fewer active loan files at any given time (including pre-approvals and new applications).


If your company is on our Non-Del plan, you will have the option to choose a Non-Del subscription. This is more expensive, but includes all the benefits of Broker Pro in addition to the ability to work on Non-Del loans. You cannot work on a Non-Del loan without the Non-Del subscription.


To get our Broker Pro subscription, purchase the Broker Core subscription through the Plans and Billing screen and then click the gold Upgrade button in the upper right corner of ARIVE.


When purchasing your subscription, you have the option to choose Monthly billing or Annual billing (discount for Annual).


After purchasing your subscription, it will automatically renew with your payment card on file unless cancelled by email to support@arive.com. In the event that your Company Admin deactivates or deletes your account, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.


Subscription payments are non-refundable.
