Several System Lenders in our Arive LOS platform support loan registration directly from inside the system. No need to stress about exporting a 3.4 MISMO file to reimport into a TPO portal, or manually copying and pasting data into a separate application.

How to use integrated loan registration

  1. Navigate to the Loan Center tab within your loan file.
  2. Ensure you have already selected a lender and product and applied it to your file.
  3. Locate your lender's name and product name in the top right-hand corner.
  4. Click Register loan.

  1. A new modal will open letting you know that loan registration has begun.

  2. Wait a few moments for the process to complete. The page may automatically refresh, or you can manually refresh it yourself.

  3. Upon refresh, verify that a new lender loan number is populating in the top right-hand corner.

Note: Seeing the new lender loan number means your loan file was successfully registered with the lending partner—without ever having to log into the TPO portal!
