Who can sign up for ARIVE?
Mortgage Brokers
ARIVE's main audience is independent loan originators or mortgage brokers operating in the United States.
Specifically, those with a valid NMLS number (the NMLS Unique Identifier permanently assigned by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Systems and Registry), and those operating as processors or assistants for such mortgage brokers.
Contract Processing Companies
Our long-awaited Third Party Processing Company account type launched in December of 2022. Third Party Processors can now have one single ARIVE account where any LO in ARIVE can share access to their loan files. To sign up, go to our Signup page and select Contract Processor as your organization type.
Use-cases that are not officially supported
ARIVE is not designed for Hard Money lending, Private Lending, or Commercial Loans, and may lack certain features users would want for these use-cases. That said, we do have users who make use of ARIVE for these purposes, though we are not able to provide support for this.
How do I get started?
If your company is already using ARIVE, reach out to the Company Admin of your company's ARIVE account. They will need to create a new user account for you within their company account.
If your company is not yet using ARIVE, submit the registration form on our Signup page. You'll need to enter some basic information about the company, such as it's NMLS number and what kind of company it is (Broker, Non-Del, or Contract Processor) as well as your name, role, and contact info.
Once your account has been created by our team (usually within 1 business day, sometimes 2), we will reach out to you and you can get started on our New User Onboarding Guide!

Is there a free trial?
Yes, all new Company accounts start with a 7-day free trial, as do all Self Paid User accounts.
Do you provide 1-on-1 setup / How can I get help setting up my account?
Configuring your ARIVE account is a user-driven process and we do not provide dedicated 1-on-1 setup, but we do have open New User Training sessions conducted live over zoom by our product experts multiple times per week, as well as daily Q&A and other virtual events that you can register for on our Events page.
Additionally, our New User Onboarding Guide and the other articles found here on our support site contain all the documentation you need to get up and running at your convenience.
Do you offer paid 1-on-1 consultations?
Currently we do not offer paid consultations.
Who is my Company Admin?
If you do not know who manages your company's ARIVE account, please reach out to your company's leadership as they will be best equipped to give you the correct answer.
Can I manage multiple companies with the same account?
Each company account in ARIVE can only be associated with one company NMLS number, so if you have multiple companies with separate NMLS numbers, they will each need their own separate company account. (ARIVE does support Branches, which can be added within a single company account, whether or not the branches have their own branch NMLS numbers.)
If you are a Contract Processor working with multiple different brokerages, you can use a Contract Processing account which allows any LO in ARIVE to give you access to work on their files, all in one account.
What does the onboarding process look like for large companies?
