To customize the email templates according to your need, you would need more information like First Name of the borrower, Last Name of the borrower, Email of the borrower, etc., so to help that we have introduced Information Tags, through which you can add more fields in your email templates.

Note: You must have admin privileges to access these settings. No need to stress if you don't have them yet—simply reach out to your account administrator to get set up.

How to Use Information Tags

There are two ways to use information tags as follows:

Method 1: Using the Information Tags Button

Click on the Information tags button from the toolbar.
A popup will open with a list of all available tags.
You can select any tag from the list and press Insert.
Your selected tag will be inserted at the cursor's position in the editor.

Method 2: Using Autocomplete

For ease of use, information tags are also provided as suggestions as you type.

Start typing an information tag manually, beginning with {{.
As you type, a list of matching tags will automatically appear and filter down.
Select the desired tag from the list, and it will be autocompleted for you.
