We are excited to welcome HomeXpress Mortgage to our platform as a new lending partner.

HomeXpress is recognized for its strong focus on Non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) solutions, offering flexible underwriting options for borrowers with non-traditional income, unique credit profiles, or complex financial scenarios.

Key Product Highlights:

PrimeX & CoreX Programs – Flexible solutions for near-prime and credit-challenged borrowers

Investor & DSCR Programs (InvestorX) – Designed for real estate investors, qualifying based on rental income

Bank Statement & 1099 Programs – Alternative income documentation options

Asset-Based Qualification (AssetXpress) – Qualification using eligible liquid assets

This onboarding expands our Non-QM and investor lending capabilities, providing greater flexibility and more financing options for borrowers.

LOS & PPE: Support added for 4+ Unit Property Types. (HOT-9448)

As part of this update, we have added 'Multi-Family (5–10 Units)' to the Property Type dropdown for Non-QM mortgages and increased the maximum supported number of units to 10. This enhancement applies to both LOS and PPE (Pricing Screen).

PPE Update : Lease Type field now available for all Non-QM Document Types. (LENDER-17667)

As part of this update, the “Lease Type” field is now available for all Non-QM document types.

Note: This field does not support synchronization and is not bidirectional between PPE and LOS (PPE ↔ LOS).

PPE Update: Vesting Type field added for Non-QM. (HOT-40094)

As part of this update, the “Vesting Type” dropdown will now be displayed for the NQM mortgage type on the Pricing Screen.

Pricing Update: Business Purpose Loan checkbox added for Non-QM (Investment Occupancy). (HOT-40448)

As part of this update, a “Business Purpose Loan” checkbox has been added to the Pricing Screen for the NQM mortgage type under Investment Occupancy.

Note: This field supports bidirectional synchronization between PPE and LOS (PPE ↔ LOS).

PPE Update: Number of Years for “Self-Employment” added for Non-QM (HOT-40450)

As part of this enhancement, a Number of Years dropdown for Self-Employment has been introduced on the Pricing screen.

PPE Update: "Cash-Out Used for Reserves" checkbox added for HomeXpress on the Pricing Screen (HOT-40515)

As part of this enhancement, the “Cash-Out Used for Reserves” checkbox has been added for HomeXpress on the Pricing Screen.
