MAJOR FEATURES


Automation Rules: Customisation of Automation Rules & Task Templates for Users (LOs) and Branches (HOT-35400)

Automation Rules and Task Templates are now visible at the Branch and User levels for PRO users. Every item shows where it came from using consistent tags: AR (Default), ORG (Org), BRN (Branch), and USR (User).


Automation Rules

  • Only Org rules that are Active appear at the Branch and User levels.
  • Org and Branch admins can lock a rule to stop lower levels from turning it off. When an Org rule is locked, it always shows as Active at Branch and User levels.
  • If a rule is unlocked, Branch and User can activate, deactivate, or clone it; they cannot edit the original. If a rule is locked, Branch and User can clone it only.
  • During migration, all existing rules were locked by default and their active/inactive state did not change.
  • The Set Value action is allowed only in Org-level rules.
  • When rules run for a Primary LO, the system merges Org, Branch, and the LO’s rules and then applies them. At the User level, LO settings follow the branch the user has selected.
  • For clarity, rules at the current level display with no color, and rules from other levels are color-coded.


Task Templates

  • At the Branch level, users can view Org + Branch templates and edit Branch templates only.
  • At the User level, users can view Org + Branch + User templates and edit User templates only.
  • Templates are grouped into four sections to match workflow stages: Prospects/Sales, Processing, Closing, and Funded.
  • As part of migration, all existing templates were moved to Prospects/Sales.
  • The merged User-level set of templates (Org + Branch + User) is available in the Create Tasks action and the When Task status changes trigger.
  • Templates at the current level show with no color; templates from other levels are color-coded.



Lender onboarded: ARC HOME is now available on ARIVE. (LENDER-14909)

ARC HOME is now live in ARIVE, offering users more product options including Conventional, VA, FHA, and special Non-QM program support. 



MI Premium: Support added for Yearly/Monthly Overwrite. (HOT-36449)

We’ve made changes to MI calculation to improve accuracy and flexibility. You can now enter MI Initial Premium and MI Renewal Premium as either:

  • Yearly rate (when Calculation Method = Calculated), or
  • Monthly amount (when Calculation Method = Manual).
  • Your selections stay in sync across Review Fees, Pricing, and Disclosures.



Buydown Fee: Borrower Paid option added with additional enhancements. (HOT-35753)

We have made enhancements to the Buydown Fee handling with the following updates:

  • Previously, the system supported Seller and Lender Buydowns. It has now been enhanced to also support Borrower Paid Buy-downs within the Loan & Property and Review Fee sections.
  • The Buydown Fee will always sync automatically between the Loan & Property screen and the Review Fee, regardless of the “Paid By” setting, ensuring consistency across modules.
  • When the buydown is marked as Borrower Paid, APR will default to ON.
  • When the buydown type is Seller Paid, the system will automatically mark Seller Obligated in the Review Fees section.



ARIVE Disclosures: Enhance 4506C form to use the information in disclosure setup including business information (HOT-20612)

As part of this update, we have made the following enhancements:

  1. Multiple Form Generation: Users can now generate multiple forms based on combinations of 1003/Business, IVES participants, tax forms, and year.
  2. Disclosure Forms Requirement: All related information must first be added under Disclosure Forms > Anti-Steering.
  3. Needs Generation: Needs containing the 4506-C IVES Request for Transcript of Tax Return form are now generated for all borrower pairs and related businesses.
  4. Form Sets Expansion: For form sets that include the 4506-C IVES Request for Transcript of Tax Return, the system will generate forms for all borrowers and businesses, including multiple entries for multiple transcripts.
  5. Employer ID Requirement: For business tax transcripts, the Employer ID field is now mandatory (Disclosures > TaxTranscripts).
  6. New Field Addition: A new field, Tax Period End Date, has been added to all tax transcripts.



Task: New filter added for Loan in Task Pipeline. (HOT-35894)

A new filter, Loan, has been added to the Task Pipeline, allowing users to quickly find loans by searching with the borrower’s name.



TRID: Skip Income-related enhancements for VA, FHA, and Non-QM loans (HOT-36710)

As part of this update to TRID, Users can now complete TRID without entering income when “Skip Income Check” is selected for the following loan types:

  • VA Refinance (IRRL)

  • FHA Refinance (Streamline with/without appraisal)

  • Non-QM Purchase and Refinance



Point of Sales: Add Language Preference to the POS under Personal Info and Co-borrowers section (HOT-30188)

As part of this fix, a language preference question has been added in the POS under Personal Info and Co-borrowers – Spouse. The selected preferences are now visible on the Review page in both the Personal Info and Co-borrower sections, and language preferences stay in sync across both the LOS and POS.



Monthly Call Reports: Enhancements made for improved report accuracy. (HOT-34756)

We have made several enhancements to Call Reports as:

  • AC1100 Negative Values: Previously, exports failed if AC1100 was negative. Now, exports are allowed even if AC1100 contains Negative Net Loan Revenue. In such cases, AC1100 will be set to 0, and states with negative revenue will appear in the Discrepancies section.
  • New Fields in Excel Export: Warehouse Fee, Warehouse Interest, Haircut, Tolerance Cure, and Lender Loan Number have been added to the Call Reports Excel export. (These fields will not be included in the XML export.)
  • Adverse Actions Reporting: If a loan contains only an adverse date (without any other MCR dates) and the adverse reason is not App Denied or Preapproval Denied, it will no longer be reported or considered for any calculations.
  • Rounding of Loan Amounts: Loan amounts are now rounded at the section level to minimize discrepancies. In rare cases, a $1 difference may still occur between AC066 and AC090.


Revenue Reports: Wire Calculator and Pass-Through indicators added to Revenue Report Fee export. (HOT-37124)

In Revenue Reports (Fee export only):

  • Non-Del: Added Include in Wire Calculator and Pass-through Fees columns.
  • Brokered: Added Pass-through Fees column only.


Non-Del: Lead providers and lead sources options added to margin rules configuration. (HOT-36671)

As part of this update, two new options — Lead Providers and Lead Sources — have been added to the Non-Delegated Margin Rules. Both options support the use of In and Not In operators, providing greater flexibility when defining rules.



PPE: New field added to the pricing screen. (HOT-36316)

As part of this update, a new checkbox field — Supplemental Asset Utilization — has been added to the PPE screen. The pricing results will adjust dynamically based on the selection made in this field.



PPE: New documentation type added to the PPE screen. (HOT-36174)

As part of this update to PPE, we have added a new loan documentation type — CPA Prepared Doc (12 months without Bank Statements) — available for the Non-QM and HELOAN mortgage types.



Documents: New document classification options added for 4506-C. (HOT-32911)

As part of this update, we have added two new classifications in documents: 4506C and 4506-C Request for Transcript of Tax Return. These classifications improve the system’s ability to accurately categorize and process transcript-related documentation.



Disclosures: Enabled “Send Now” and “Download” options for already generated packages in case of disclosure errors. (HOT-37168)

As an enhancement to Disclosures, when the Disclosure section contains errors, the Generated Packages section will remain enabled, but the following actions have been removed from the UI: Audit, Re-Audit, Generate, and Generate Package.



Disclosures: Settlement Agent Handling w/r Settlement Fee for DocMagic Disclosure Form (HOT-36505)

As part of this update, the system validates that the Settlement Agent in CD Info matches the agent in Review Fees for ‘Title – Sub Escrow Fee’ and ‘Escrow/Closing Fee – Other’; if a mismatch is found, a warning is shown with a ‘Fix Now’ button redirecting to Review Fees, and once corrected, the warning is automatically removed.

Need Rules: Support added for Active/Inactive rules through a new filter. (HOT-36411)

As part of this update, a new filter checkbox — Include Inactive — has been added to Client Need Rules. When selected, it will display need rules accordingly.



Activity Logs: Enabled Audit Logs on UI for User and Company Settings.

Audit logs are now available and visible in the UI for the following modules:

Activity Logs: Loan-level Activity Logs enhancements for improved transparency. (HOT-36754)

Activity Logs enhancements now include E-signing along with version 2 updates for Dual AUS, Loan and Property, Email/SMS, Borrower Info, and Conditions.


PPE: DTI calculations on pricing enhanced to sync with Loan. (HOT-19375)

As part of this update, DTI synchronization between the LOS and PPE is now enabled for loans with property types Primary Residence, Investment, and Second Home.

LOS & POS: Enforcing Updated Password Policy During User Setup. (HOT-36858)

As per the recent update to password policy, the minimum password length is now 12 characters for LOS and 10 characters for POS. Additionally, users will not be allowed to enter more than 64 characters in the password field.




MINOR FIXES / ENHANCEMENTS

Fixed: Suppressed the “+1” prefix when pasting phone numbers in LOS. (HOT-36567)

Updated: The label “External Link” has been replaced with “Use Public Link” when creating and sending e-sign client needs. (HOT-34829)
