Currently, ARIVE will not automatically trigger TRID for FHA Steamlines and VA IRRLs, since these products do not require income the automatic TRID trigger will not fire since no income is entered.

When working on a FHA Steamline or a VA IRRL, you will need to manually enter a TRID date in the Audit & Dates tab of the loan file once TRID should be triggered.
