Documents: Dockable Window Implementation (HOT-29001)
A dock-able window has been implemented in the Documents section, allowing users to view and manage documents in a more flexible workspace. This enhancement improves usability by letting users resize, reposition, and dock the document window for easier multitasking within the Loan Center.
Documents: Enabled Closing Document Upload from Lender (NewRez) (HOT-36414)
With this change, the lender (NewRez) can now send closing documents in PDF format to ARIVE via lender events. Users can also view these documents in the Documents section. Additionally, the logs will be recorded in both lender events and activity logs.
Trackers: Added New Tracker "Post Funding (Investor)" (HOT-36009)
We’ve added a new Post Funding (Investor) tracker to the Tracker section in the Loan Center. This tracker provides seven statuses:
Awaiting Collateral Shipment (Default)
Investor Package Delivered
Investor – Conditions Issued
Investor – Conditions Cleared
Purchase Advice Received
Synced with the “PA Received” checkbox in the Funding/Revenue section.
Attempting to update this status without locking the loan triggers a warning and displays the loan lock pop-up.
Users must have an active edit session to make changes.
This tracker is only available to users who have permission to view or edit the “PA Received” checkbox in the Funding/Revenue section.
Check Received
Synced with the “Broker Check Received” loan status.
Users cannot update this status without an active edit session.

Revenue Reports: Created Separate Fee Export (HOT-35058)
A new ‘Export Fee’ button has been added to Revenue Reports, alongside the existing ‘Export’ button (similar to State Reports). This Fee Export will include all fees associated with a loan.
Key Details:
- Fees from Sections K, L, and N are currently excluded from the Fee Export.
- Lender Credit will appear in the normal export but not in the Fee Export.
- Fees with no amount will still be included in the Fee Export.
Funding/Revenue: Froze Fees in Net Funding Calculation After Loan is Moved to Funded (Funding View & Reports) (HOT-35071)
As part of the update to the Funding/Revenue screen, the following changes have been made:
- The Net Funding Calculation section on the Funding/Revenue screen will be frozen once a loan is moved to the Funding stage or beyond. An Unfreeze button will be visible in this state.
- If a loan is frozen and the user makes any changes in Review Fees, those changes will not be automatically synced in the Funding/Revenue screen. A Sync All Fees button will be available to manually sync the fees when needed.
- Users can freeze or unfreeze fees in the Net Funding Calculation section at any time.
Tasks: Enabled Display of Task Templates in Manual Task Creation (HOT-34767)
As part of this update, users can now utilize configured task templates when creating a manual task. Dynamic tokens included in the task will be automatically resolved if the created tasks are added to a loan file.
Tasks: Send Hourly Task Reminders to Assignees (HOT-34515)
The hourly task reminder email can be configured under User/Branch/Company settings. Emails are sent every hour during working hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and provide a summary of upcoming tasks within the next two hours, along with their count.
Hourly reminders are configurable at both user and org/branch level.
Automation Rule: Allowed Additional Roles in Loan Team Trigger (HOT-35824)
Additional loan team roles — Disclosure Desk, Funder, Payroll, Lock Desk, and Closer — are now supported in Automation Rules under:
- Trigger: Loan Team Changes
- Rule Criteria
- Action: Enforce Required Fields
Automation Rule: Added New Trigger Condition on Loan Info Changes – Exclude from MCR (HOT-35617)
- Added Exclude from MCR as a trigger option under Loan Info Changes (supports “changes” and “changes to” conditions).
- Added Exclude from MCR as a criteria option (supports “is” and “is modified”).
- Exclude from MCR also included in the required fields list.

The following Existing Loan Info fields (available only for Refinance loans) have been added under Required Field Action and Rule Criteria, along with their supported operators:

- Mortgage Type – in, not in, does have value, does not have value, is modified
- Note Amount – does have value, does not have value, is modified
- Amortization Type – is, does have value, does not have value, is modified
- Interest Rate – does have value, does not have value, is modified
- Monthly Payment – does have value, does not have value, is modified
- Monthly PMI – does have value, does not have value, is modified
- Total of Remaining Scheduled Payments – does have value, does not have value, is modified

Trackers: Updated "MERS Transfer" and "Funding Wire" (HOT-35967)
As a part of this update, the following trackers are updated:
- MERS Transfer: Status values updated — “Not complete” → “Not Registered”, “Complete” → “Transfer Complete”, and a new status “Registered” has been added.
- Funding Wire: Along with existing options (“Not Ordered” and “Ordered”), a new status “Delivered” has been introduced.
Disclosures: Closing Package Draw Date to be used as Doc Issue Date for all closing documents (HOT-36064)
- The Closing Package Draw Date under Disclosures > CD Info will now be used as the Doc Issue Date for all closing documents.
- The field name Closing Package Draw Date has been updated to Closing Disclosure/Closing Package Draw Date.
Warehouse Rule: Add two new fields: FICO and Property Type (HOT-35290)
Two new fields have been added to Warehouse Bank Rules:
- FICO: Supports both Minimum and Maximum values.
- Property Type: Available as multi-select checkboxes.
Manage Borrowers: Excluded Borrower updates 2.0 (HOT-34702)
The Exclude Borrower option will always be visible in the Manage Borrowers section.
- It will be enabled when the application invite has not been accepted or submitted.
- It will be disabled for a complete 1003 once the application is In Progress (initiated either by the Primary or Co-Borrower).
- When the option is disabled, a help icon will appear with the message:“Cannot exclude or un-exclude a borrower when the POS application is started and not yet submitted by the borrower.”
- If the loan is in read-only mode for 1003 (via Admin Control → Restrict editing 1003 and Fees), the Exclude Borrower option will always remain enabled.
Settings: Enabled Audit Logs on UI for User and Company Settings.
