You can use the Loan Notes button in the upper right corner of the loan file to add or view written notes, or log communications that happened outside of ARIVE. You can even attach images to notes.
All ARIVE users assigned to the loan file can view all notes.
If the Notify Loan Team checkbox is checked, everyone on the Loan Team (all ARIVE users assigned to the loan) will receive a notification email.
You can tag users on notes by typing @ and starting to type their name, then clicking on the correct selection or pressing enter. Anyone tagged in a note will receive a notification email.
Real Estate Agents who have been invited to the Real Estate Agent Portal can add their own notes to loan files they have been given access to, but can only see notes that they themselves added, notes that they have been tagged in, and replies to those notes.
Under Log Activity you can select Phone Call, SMS, Email, or Meeting.
You can reply to a note by clicking Reply.
You can print the notes by clicking Print Notes.
You can filter notes by type using the filter dropdown.
