Generating MERS MIN numbers for loan files

Each Non-Del loan file in ARIVE has a MERS MIN number automatically generated for it, which can be found in the Loan Center tab > Other Details > Correspondent Settings.

If you need to override this number (if you already have a different MERS number for the loan), you can do so by clicking Edit and then clicking the Override toggle button.

Important: ARIVE will only generate valid MERS numbers if your company's MERS Org ID is correct. When you upgrade your account to Non-Del, make sure that you provide your correct MERS Org ID.

Generating a Sample MIN

If you have not yet upgraded your ARIVE account to Non-Del and need to generate a sample MIN to provide to MERS, you can do this from your Company Settings > Organization Info > Generate sample MIN.
