Admin Controls in your Company Settings allow you to restrict users' access to certain actions and settings within your company's account.



Here you will find the following settings:


Restrict editing 1003 and Fees:

Here you can set the 1003 and Fee info of loan files to become Read-only once the loan is moved to a certain status, and choose which user roles have the option to override this and make changes anyway.


Restrict Processor Assignment:

Here you can choose to require that LOs Request Processing before they can assign a Processor to their loan file. If enabled, a Request Processing button will appear in the File Contacts section. After the LO requests processing by clicking that button, an Admin (or any other role you define in this setting) will need to approve the request and assign the processor. 


Restrict License Edit / Updates:

Here you can choose which user roles can edit individual LOs State License info, and define whether or not Branch Admins can edit Branch state licenses.


Restrict entire Loan edits:

Here you can choose to make loan files entirely read-only in certain statuses, except for users with certain roles.


Allow updating Documents in Read-only loans:

Here you can define which user roles are allowed to upload documents to loans that are read-only.


Manage Private Docs Folder:

Here you can enable or disable the Private Docs folder in loan files, and define which user roles have access to that folder.


Restrict managing Credit Accounts:

Here you can restrict which roles are able to enter or edit credit account credentials.


Restrict managing AUS credentials:

Here you can restrict which roles are able to enter or edit AUS credentials.


Restrict editing DocMagic Credentials:

Here you can restrict which roles are able to enter or edit DocMagic credentials.


Restrict Loan Archiving:

Here you can choose to prevent loan files from being Archived if credit has been ordered, or if TRID has been triggered.


Restrict access to "Finalize" loan docs:

Here you can restrict which user roles have the ability to Finalize documents in loan files.


Manage Call Reports and State Reports:

Here you can define which user roles have access to Call Reports and State Reports.


Restrict Pre-Approval Letter Edit:

Here you can restrict which user roles have the ability to edit the Pre-Approval Letter.


Business Contact View Config:

Here you can choose whether or not all users in your company account should be able to see all Business Contacts. If not enabled, a user will only see business contacts linked to loan files they are assigned to, and business contacts that they have added themselves.


User Management Settings:

Here you can choose whether or not Associate Admins and Branch Admins can edit users.


Restrict access to edit POS App Config:

Here you can restrict which user roles have the ability to customize their POS.
