MAJOR FEATURES
Task Management: Introduced tasks in ARIVE with auto-completion functionality. (HOT-25570)
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflow management, ARIVE has introduced a new feature called 'Task'. This feature enables teams to systematically manage and complete various activities. Additionally, users can create 'Task Templates' that can be automatically triggered through Automation Rules, reducing manual effort and improving consistency in recurring processes.
Key enhancements include:
- Automation Integration: Users can associate tasks with Automation Rules, allowing tasks and actions to be executed automatically based on predefined triggers and actions.
- New Trigger - "Task Status Changes": This trigger enables automation rules to respond when the status of a task changes.
- New Actions:
- Create Task: Automatically generate tasks based on specific automation conditions.
- Change Loan Status: Available exclusively when using the "Task Status Changes" trigger, this action allows for dynamic loan status updates based on task progress.
- User Interface Updates: Both the Loan Pipeline and Loan Center have been revamped to integrate and display tasks more effectively, enhancing visibility and user experience.
- Mandatory Checklists: Tasks can include required checklist items that must be completed before the task can be marked as done, ensuring accountability and thoroughness.
- Auto-Complete Support: Tasks can be automatically marked as complete when a specified loan action is performed, reducing manual effort.
- Shortcut Links: Tasks include direct links to relevant loan sections, enabling users to navigate quickly and work more efficiently.
- RTC (Real-Time Communication) Implementation:
Enables instant synchronization of task updates—additions, deletions, or changes—made by other users or across duplicate tabs. Applied to tasks in the Loan Pipeline, Loan Center, and Task Pipeline. - Task Notifications:
- Assignment: Users receive an immediate notification when a task is assigned to them.
- Unassignment: Users are notified when they are removed from a task.
- Reassignment: Both the newly assigned and previously assigned users are notified accordingly.
- Daily Summary(Digestive) emails will be sent to users for Due Today, Overdue, or Upcoming tasks based on their configuration.
- Notifications can be configured at both company and user levels via Company Settings > Notifications or User Settings > Notifications.
These updates collectively provide users with a powerful framework to manage workflows more efficiently through automation and improved task tracking.

LOS: Added ability to exclude borrower and related information from the loan file without deleting it. (HOT-31997)
As part of this update, users now have the ability to exclude a borrower from the loan file without deleting them. This enables loan officers to assess whether excluding a borrower results in more favorable DU/LPA findings, product eligibility, or AUS acceptance.
- The "Exclude Borrower" option will only be visible once the application has been submitted for the borrower. The application can be submitted either through the POS or via LOS (using "Take Over Client App").
- To run credit again, users must remove the excluded borrower or include them back into the application.
- Automation Rules will not be triggered for excluded borrowers.
- An excluded co-borrower will still appear in global search, but loans associated with them will not be visible in the search results.
- When a borrower is excluded, their individually owned financial information will be removed from the user interface and excluded from DTI calculations, including:
- Liabilities
- Incomes
- Assets
- Real Estate
- Rent
- Liabilities

MINOR ENHANCEMENTS
Primary Residence - Rental Income in PPE (HOT-24767)

As part of this update, users will no longer be blocked from advancing the loan status to 'Submitted to UW' or the next stage for loans with Mortgage Type set to Non-QM (DSCR), even if borrower income details are not present.
Lender Compensation: Enhancement to Lender compensation. (HOT-33305)
As part of this update, users can now save compensation details without specifying a maximum compensation amount when a minimum compensation is provided.
New token 'Lender Portal URL' added to Automation Rules and Email Templates. (HOT-33269)
The "Lender Portal URL" tag is now available for use in email templates, allowing users to include it in their email communications.
It is also now supported in automation rules, enabling users to insert the tag as an informational element within automated workflows.

The system will now dynamically adjust the MISMO 3.4 Bulk Import limit based on the time of day to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
