Automation Rule: Support Lender field on Loan Info Changes trigger (HOT-32059)
A new field called Lender has been added to the Loan Info Changes Trigger within Automation Rules. This field supports two operators: "is set" and "changes."
- The "is set" operator is triggered when a Lender is assigned for the first time.
- The "changes" operator is triggered both when a Lender is assigned for the first time and when an existing Lender is updated.
Automation Rules: Add support for AUS in Rule Criteria (HOT-32030)
A new criteria field, AUS (is), has been added to Automation Rules.
- Available Options: Run and Not Run
- Run evaluates to true if at least one AUS run (either DO or LPA) has been completed.
- The "Updated Value" option will not be displayed for the AUS (is) field, as it is not applicable.
Automation Rule: Add new fields in Loan Info under Advanced Features (HOT-31710)
The following fields have been added to Automation Rules and can now be used in rule criteria.

Automation Rule: Correct display name for VA Loan Info fields (HOT-32133)
The display names have been updated for the rule criteria and required fields in the Automation Rule as follows:
- Agency Case Number → Agency Case Number – (VA, FHA)
- Borrowers Married to Each Other → Borrowers Married to Each Other – (VA)
- Seller Concession → Seller Concession – (VA, FHA, Reverse)
- Mortgage Credit Cert → Mortgage Credit Cert – (VA, FHA, Reverse)

Review Fees: Add APR tag for Default Fees added later, if configured (HOT-32627)
With this update, when a fee is manually added in the Review Fees section, the system now correctly applies the APR indicator as defined in the Closing Cost Template.
PPE: Add "Past Client Loan" option in PPE and margin rules. (HOT-32099)
As part of this change, a 'Past Client Loan' checkbox has been added to the pricing screen. It will also be included as an attribute in Non-Del Margin rules.
Non Del: Allow “Not In” condition for lenders in Non-Del rules. (HOT-32098)
Support for the 'Not In' condition has now been added for lenders in Non-Delegated (Non-Del) rules.
Non Del: Capture Flood Zone and Endorsements (HOT-32533)
Two new data points have been added under the "Additional Property Details" section of the CD Info tab:
- Flood Zone
- Title Endorsement
These fields are also available for export in the Doc Vendor export.
Non Del: Doc Vendor Export - Add support to export the Party node for loan team Primary Closer with partRoleType
as PreparedBy

The Primary Closer from the loan team is now included in the Doc Vendor export. In the export, the PartyRoleType for the Primary Closer is set to PreparedBy. This enhancement ensures accurate and consistent representation of closing team roles in the Closing Package Disclosure.
Business Contacts: Add 'Name on Docs' field to business contact company (HOT-32824)
A new field, ‘Name on Docs’, has been added when creating or editing a company under Business Contacts. If provided, this value will be used in place of the actual company name on Disclosure Forms generated by DocMagic. If the field is left blank, the actual company name will be displayed instead.
- The ‘Name on Docs’ value will be included in the Doc Vendor export only if it is present.
- This field will not be shown on Arive Forms.
Email Template: Add First Name and Last Name for business contacts (HOT-32773)
As part of this update, first name and last name tokens have been added for all business contacts in email templates and automation rules (confirmation pop-up and notification).
Notes: Add image upload option in Notes for Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet (HOT-31743)
Image upload option has been added to Notes on desktop, mobile, and tablet. It supports various image formats, including HEIC and HEIF.
Pipeline Reports: Add attribute "Is Exclude from MCR" and 'Loan Documentation Type'
in new Pipeline Reports (HOT-32242, HOT-30199)
- A new attribute, 'Excluded From MCR', has been added. This column displays 'True' if the 'Exclude from MCR' option is enabled; otherwise, it displays 'False'.
- Loan documentation type has now been added as an attribute in the pipeline report. It displays the selected Doc Type value if 'Alternate Doc Loan' is selected in any loan; otherwise, it shows 'Full Doc'.
Pipeline Reports: Add Residency Type as an attribute in Pipeline Reports (HOT-31087)
Two field names have been updated, and two new fields have been added in Pipeline Reports.
Renamed Fields:
- 'Primary Borrower Residency' has been renamed to 'Primary Borrower Occupancy Type' – Displays the occupancy type of the primary borrower.
- 'Co-Borrower Residency' has been renamed to 'Co-Borrower Occupancy Type' – Displays the occupancy type of the co-borrower.
Newly Added Fields:
- 'Primary Borrower Residency Type' – Displays the residency type of the primary borrower.
- 'Co-Borrower Residency Type' – Displays the residency type of the co-borrower.
Pipeline Reports: Added 'Base Loan Amount' as an attribute in Pipeline Reports and rename existing "Loan Amount" to "Total Loan Amount" (HOT-21039)
The 'Base Loan Amount' attribute has been added to the Pipeline report, and the 'Loan Amount' attribute has been renamed to 'Total Loan Amount' in both the Pipeline and Revenue reports.

An option 'Print in Closing Docs' has been added when adding or editing loan conditions. By default, this option will be set to 'True' when the 'Prior To' value is set to PTF. All checked conditions will be included in the Doc Vendor export.
ARIVE Direct: Include borrower details in Get Loan Details (HOT-32254)
Support for the following fields has been added to the Get Loan Details API when accessed using a Direct API Integration Token:
- Borrower Employment Type (e.g., W2, Self-Employed) – employmentType
- Borrower Employer Address (Street, City, State, ZIP) – employerAddress
- Borrower Income (Gross or Net, based on availability) – employerIncome
- Borrower Employment Position (e.g., Job Title) – positionDesc

FHA Sponsor ID: If the loan is in company HQ, show FHA Sponsor ID in all branches (HOT-30096)
As part of this update, if an FHA lender is added to the main organization, the lender will be available across all other branches within the organization.
Point of Sale: Restrict unlicensed activity if subject property state in New York. (HOT-28448)
As part of this update, if the LO/CA/BA does not hold a New York license, the user will not be able to proceed in the POS after entering a New York address. A warning message will be displayed, and the 'Update' button will be disabled.
Warning Message:
New York State Department of Financial Services licensing requirements prohibit this online application from facilitating mortgage solicitation or loan applications for residential properties in New York.
Loan & Property: Add 'Borrower Settlement Deposit' support on Loan and Property (HOT-32524)
As part of this enhancement, a new field titled "Borrower Settlement Deposit" has been introduced in the Loan and Property Information section, applicable only to refinance loans.
When the Borrower Settlement Deposit checkbox is selected, two fields become mandatory:
- Borrower Settlement Deposit Amount
- Borrower Settlement Deposit Description
If both fields are provided, the system will populate the LIABILITY_DETAIL section of the data export as follows:
- LiabilityTypeOtherDescription = Borrower Settlement Deposit Description
- LiabilityUnpaidBalanceAmount = –1 × Borrower Settlement Deposit Amount
- PayoffAmount = –1 × Borrower Settlement Deposit Amount
These values will be reflected in the Payoffs section of the Closing Disclosure.
Note:
- There are no changes to calculations related to FTC or Cash to Close.
- This data point will not be shown in the Doc Vendor export as a negative liability amount.
- It will appear only in the Payoffs section of the Closing Disclosure, with no current calculation impact.
Pre Approval: Enable users to add real estate agents to the "To" line as direct recipients on the pre-approval email (HOT-31775)
As part of this update to the Pre-Approval Letter, the 'To' field has been enhanced to function similarly to the 'CC' field. It can now include borrowers, loan team members, and business contacts.
LPA: Update to version 6.0.0 (HOT-30860)
LPA version 6.0.0 has been implemented in ARIVE, introducing several changes, including:
- Improved LPA Findings Report with various UI/UX enhancements.
- New submission options, "Prequalification" and "Underwriting," have been added when running LPA.
- A new field, "Positive Rental History," has been added to the Loan and Property section. It will be displayed only for loans with the mortgage types: Conventional, FHA, and Reverse (HECM-Standard).
LOS: Add option in user dropdown for language-specific borrower portal URLs. (HOT-25716)
As part of this update, users logged into the LOS will now see both English and Spanish borrower portal links, provided Spanish is enabled in the POS App configuration.
MINOR ENHANCEMENTS/FEATURES
Fees: Make Prepaid Total Fee Amount display up to 2 decimal places (HOT-32931)
Prepaids: Updated the Total Fee Amount to be editable and modified the Amount per Day field to allow four decimal places. (HOT-32281)
This update introduces enhancements to improve precision and flexibility in managing Prepaid Interest:
- Extended Decimal Precision: The Amount per Day field now supports up to four decimal places, enabling more accurate interest calculations.
- Editable Total Fee Amount in Review Fees: The Total Fee Amount field is now editable on the Review Fees screen. When this value is modified, the system will automatically recalculate the corresponding Amount per Day based on the updated total.
Point of Sale: Match co-branded link landing page content to business contact type (HOT-31986)
As part of this update, the co-branded link page will now display the Business Contact type above the business contact information tile, instead of showing 'Your Real Estate Agent.'
