MAJOR FEATURES

Point of Sale: Enhanced the theme with new options and customisation (HOT-24296).

  • Introduced three new templates for the POS Theme: Default, Classic Shades, and Photo Wall. Users can now also select a theme color of their choice.
  • Users can choose custom colors in addition to the 10 default theme colors, either by selecting from the color picker or entering RGB color codes.
  • The selected theme will be applied across the Register page, Sign-In page, and POS public pages, impacting the entire POS application.
  • A preview (for Mobile, Desktop, and Tablet) of the selected theme is now available for the Create Account and Sign-In pages in the POS Theme Preview section of LOS.
  • The Media Options section now includes two new options: "Use Company Default" and "Use System Image."
  • User & Branch Level Configuration: The "Use Company Default" option is available for both Branch and User under the Media section, allowing users to set the company’s Register and Login page media.
  • The "Reset to Company Default" functionality is provided for both User and Branch. This option is accessible inside the Customize Modal and appears next to the "Edit Theme" button when the user has different theme settings compared to the company.
  • For the Co-Branded Link, a static image, heading, and description have been set. These elements will not be impacted by the media settings applied by the associated Loan Officer (LO). The only impact a Co-Branded Link will have is when the LO customizes the theme template or changes the theme color.
  • Mobile View Adjustments for Co-Branded Link: For the Classic Shades and Photo Wall themes, the REA card has been moved to the top. For the Default theme, both the REA and LO cards are now displayed below the media.



Realtor Portal: Added support for self-registration and CAPTCHA (HOT-29000, HOT-29281).

As part of the enhancement to the Realtor Portal, we have added an option for self-registration directly from the portal. Additionally, a CAPTCHA option has been added for improved security.



State Reports: Added the NCCOB (North Carolina Commissioner of Banks) Quarterly Report (HOT-6070).

State Reports have been added under the Reports Section in LOS, offering two export options: Loan File Data and Loan Fee Data. 

To be included in the State Reports, the loan must be either Funded (Loan Funded Stage) or Adverse with any reason, and the State must be North Carolina for the subject property.


Key Points:

  • By default, the state will be North Carolina, and only this state will be included.
  • Only users with the appropriate roles, as assigned via admin control permissions, will have access to the state reports.
  • Adverse loans without pricing will not be included in the Fee export.
  • Suspended loans will be included in the State Reports if the loan funded/adverse date is present, similar to revenue reports.
  • Fee Export: Only fees from Sections A, B, C, E, F, G, and H, and fees with a value greater than zero, will be included in the export.



LOS: Implemented dark theme. (BETA) (HOT-14352).

We have introduced a dark theme which will enhance the user experience by providing a visually comfortable alternative for low-light environments. The theme automatically adjusts colors for backgrounds, text, and UI elements to ensure readability and reduce eye strain. Users can toggle between dark and light modes, or the app can automatically adapt to the system theme. Preferences will be saved for future sessions, offering a seamless experience across devices.



Documents: Added an option to upload documents directly to the Lender portal for PowerTPO and JMAC lenders (HOT-29579).

As part of this update, users can now upload documents to lenders for loans registered with PowerTPO and JMAC.


For PowerTPO:

Users can select the Lender Submission Status when uploading documents.

  • If 'Initial Submission' is selected, the loan folder will be labeled as 'TPO - Initial Submission.'
  • If 'PTD1, PTD2, PTD3, PTD4, PTF, or Post Funding' is selected, the loan folder will be labeled as 'TPO - Conditions for UW Review.'

For JMAC:

By default, only the 'Initial Submission' option is selected, and other options remain disabled.

AUS: Added an option to display DU vs LPA findings in the comparison view.(HOT-20283)

Added a 'View Comparison' button on the AUS screen, which displays a comparison between DU/LPA responses based on the following parameters.

Loan Pipeline Filters: Enhanced filtering of loan pipeline based on user role and primary user assignment (HOT-26924)

We have enhanced the loan pipeline filtering options, enabling users to filter loans based on the roles of individuals within the loan team.

Users can now specify which roles of the selected user should be considered for filtering, and whether the user should hold a Primary role.

  • If the Primary role filter is not selected, the system will display all loans where the selected user holds the chosen role, regardless of their Primary role status.
  • If the Primary role filter is selected, the system will display only loans where the selected user holds the Primary role.

Additionally, these filters can now be saved for future use, just like existing filter settings.



Review Fee: Added an option to split the discount fee between Borrower, Lender, and Seller. (HOT-29491)

As part of the enhancement to the discount fee under Section A, users are now allowed to split the discount fee between Borrower, Lender, and Seller.

Review Fee: Added an option to mark the seller-paid fee as obligated. (HOT-17294)

Previously, there was no option to obligate the fee amount paid by the seller under the Review Fees section. Now, users can obligate the seller-paid amount as follows:

  • If the 'Seller-obligated' checkbox is checked, the fee amount paid by the seller will not be reflected in the Docmagic Loan Estimate form.
  • If the 'Seller-obligated' checkbox is unchecked, the fee amount paid by the seller will be reflected as a seller credit in the Docmagic Loan Estimate form (as it was previously).


The Docmagic Closing Disclosure form will display all fees, including the seller-obligated fees.

Automation Rule Trigger: Loan Info Changes - Support for 'Loan Channel Type' and 'Mortgage Type' Fields. (HOT-29957)

In the Loan Info trigger, two new fields have been added:

  1. Loan Channel Type: The available options are Non-Del and Broker.
  2. Mortgage Type: The available options include Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, Non-QM, HELOC, and HELOAN.

The operator for both fields is set to "Changes" and "Changes to.



Automation Rule: Support for Confirmation Action on 'Custom Field' Trigger (HOT-29858)

As part of the enhancement, the confirmation action will now also be applicable for the 'When Custom Field Changes' trigger in automation rules.




Automation Rules: A new tracker option, 'Loan Tracker,' has been added (HOT-30055).

As part of this update, a new trigger has been added to the automation rule: Loan Tracker Status, along with a corresponding confirmation action to this trigger.

Note: 'TRID' and 'Lock Status' trackers are not included with above trigger.




ARIVE Forms: Added new dynamic fee tokens (HOT-30184).

Added new tokens for fee splits. The following new tokens have been introduced:

  • (Fee Name) Paid By Borrower: Sum of fees paid by the Borrower (Before closing and at closing)
  • (Fee Name) Paid By Lender: Sum of fees paid by the Lender (Before closing and at closing)
  • (Fee Name) Paid By Seller: Sum of fees paid by the Seller (Before closing and at closing)
  • (Fee Name) At Closing: Sum of At Closing fees paid by the borrower, lender, and seller in the fee split
  • (Fee Name) Before Closing: Sum of Before Closing fees paid by the borrower, lender, and seller in the fee split


The above tokens will be displayed with the following options:

  • (Fee Name) Description
  • (Fee Name) Amount



Admin Control: Added additional roles for the permission 'Manage Private Docs Folder' (HOT-30116).

New roles—Funder, Closer, Payroll, Lock Desk, and Disclosure Desk—have been added as options under the 'Manage Private Doc Folder' permission in Admin Controls.

Automation Rules: Updated the 'Unlock Loan' terminology  to 'Make Editable For All' when a loan is locked from Automation Rules (HOT-29323).

Notes: Added "email" to Log Activity in Notes (HOT-29726).

LOS: Show confetti when changing loan status to Clear To Close (HOT-27535).

POS: Replace current animation loader with the attached Lottie animation when creating a loan (HOT-24558).

Notifications: Added new info tags specific to  additional borrowers (HOT-30404).

Activity Logs: Enhanced activity logs for improved UI/UX (HOT-30204).

Added Attorney Assistant as a recipient option on email templates (HOT-30592).
