MAJOR FEATURES


Allow user to be assigned in multiple branches with same/different roles. (HOT-25822)

  • As part of the user enhancement, the ability has been added for users to be assigned to multiple branches simultaneously, each with different or same roles. Admins can select a user's default branch for billing purposes and, for loan officers, specify where the POS link will be derived from.
  • For admin roles such as Owner, Company Admin, Associate Admin, Lock Desk, Disclosure Desk, Payroll, Funder, and Closer, an "All Branch" selector will be displayed. The functionalities for these roles will remain unchanged.
  • Branch Admins have the ability to add any role to their current branch, but they can only assign Loan Officer (LO), Loan Officer Assistant (LOA), or Processor roles to other branches. They are not allowed to edit a user's role in other branches or set billing for branches outside their own. Branch Admins can only suspend, deactivate, or delete users who have billing assigned to their branch.
  • When accessing the POS link for a company, only those Loan Officers who have both the default billing and LO role in the same branch will be displayed. For a branch's POS link, all Loan Officers within that branch will be shown, regardless of their default billing branch.
  • The functionality for transferring users to another branch has been updated and is now available through the 'Edit User' option only.
  • Company admins are provided with the option to configure the editing feature for branch admin roles. When adding or updating a branch admin role, company admins can choose whether or not to allow the branch admin to edit their branch settings.


NOTE: Users are no allowed to log in on multiple tabs for different branches. A confirmation pop-up has been added to notify users. The tabs will automatically update to reflect the latest logged-in branch.



Mortgage Premium: Support for Renewal Rate in PPE APR calculation. (HOT-25173)

The 'MI Renewal Premium' option has been added to the existing MI field and is now included in the calculation of the amortization schedule starting from the 11th year onward. Additionally, this renewal premium option has been integrated into the LOS, ensuring full synchronization of data flow between PPE and LOS, as well as from LOS to PPE. All existing BPMI and LPMI calculations remain unchanged.



Admin Control: Ability to Company Admin to configure roles that can edit AUS credentials. (HOT-28617)

Admin users can now restrict specific roles from entering AUS credentials. When this setting is enabled, only the roles selected in the list will be permitted to add AUS (DU/LPA) credentials in user settings, branch settings, and within loans.



Automation Rules: Addition of Confirmation Action support for Trigger - 'When Loan Action is Initiated'. (HOT-27640)

The Automation Rules now support a Confirmation Action, available for the trigger 'When Loan Action is Initiated', along with the action 'Enforce Required Fields'.

The confirmation will be displayed once the specified Loan Action is initiated.

  • If the user selects Confirm, the action will proceed.
  • If the user selects Cancel, the action will not be initiated.

Automation Rules: Add support for rule based action. (HOT-26655)

Enhanced Automation Rules capability with rule-based actions. Users can now define actions based on rules, enabling smarter rule creation. A new action, 'Add Action Criteria,' has been introduced and can now be configured for all available triggers.




Admin Control: Added configuration to modify documents for read only loans. (HOT-28656)

A new configuration has been added in Admin Controls, allowing company admins to grant roles the ability to upload or edit documents in the Document Center when the loan is in a read-only state.




MINOR FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS


Automation and Need Rules: Support for additional liabilities has been added to both Automation and Client Need rules. (HOT-27347)

FHA Loan: Add a Dropdown for lender/Mortgagee I.D. Code in FHA Loan. (HOT-27783)

In the FHA Loan info section, the 'Lender / Mortgagee I.D. Code' field has been updated to a dropdown. An option is now available to add multiple records and perform edit or delete operations. This field will remain synchronized with the 'Select FHA Lender' dropdown found on the AUS screen.



LPA: Added new Identifiers to LPA offerings on Loan & Property. (HOT-28779)
