Borrower loan applications/loan files can be merged by using the recommended 3.4 export and import options.

1. Navigate to the loan you prefer to merge into another loan. 

• You may have a new loan file (Loan B) you want to merge into an original or main loan file (Loan A). In this case, navigate to Loan B.

2. Click the ... button in the upper right corner of the loan. 

3. Hover your cursor over the Export MISMO 3.4 (.xml) and select Fannie Mae (DU / Lender) export option. 

4. Depending on your device and browser settings, the download may proceed in different ways including: 

• A popup appears where you are prompted to name the download file and select where to save it.

• The browser may indicate the download has been complete and the download can be located in the Downloads folder or your default folder.

5. Navigate to the loan you prefer to add the loan. 

• You may have a new loan file (Loan B) you want to merge into an original or main loan file (Loan A). In this case, navigate to Loan A.

6. Click the ... button in the upper right.

7. Hover your cursor over the Import MISMO 3.4 and select Import Borrower port option.

8. Based on your previous select, drag and drop the MISMO 3.4 file from your device into the blue square or click the Select Files button to select the file from your devices file explorer.

9. Click Upload. to complete the import process to merge your loan applications.

You'll see a preview of the borrower you are about to import to the right.
