Seller Credits can be added to a loan via loan > Loan & Property Info > Purchase Credits.
1. Navigate to the loan > Loan & Property Info.
2. Scroll down to locate the Purchase Credits section.
3. In the Purchase Credits section, click +Add.
4. By default, the credit type will be set as Earnest Money Deposit.
Click Earnest Money Deposit to select Seller Credit.
6. Under Amount, click Enter Amount and type the amount of your purchase credit.
Only enter numeric characters can be entered. The field accepts up to 10 digits or up to $1,000,000,000.
7. At the bottom, save your seller credit by clicking Save Changes.
Purchase Credit Total
All purchase credit amounts will be totaled at the top of the Purchase Credits section.
Delete Purchase Credit
Click the X at the end of the purchase credits row to delete the purchase credit. Deleting a purchase credit will remove all of the information added for the specific purchase credit.
