Loans can be created by importing FNM 3.2 or MISMO 3.4 files. 


MISMO 3.4 files can be imported up to 20 at time. Currently, FNM 3.2 files can only be imported 1 at a time.



1. Navigate to the upper right corner and click on the + (plus sign)



2. From the dropdown menu, select MISMO 3.4 Import.



3. Drag and drop the MISMO 3.4 file from your device into the blue square or click the Click to Upload link to select the file from your devices file explorer.  



4. Make the Import as: selection as Active or Closed.

All of the files in each upload will be Active or Closed. Active and Closed loans cannot be uploaded at the same time. 



Regardless of the Import as: selection (Active Loan or Closed Loan), there is some identical functionality worth mentioning here, including the following: 

  • File Status
  • Borrower Social Security Number
  • Delete Loan


File Status

Upon uploading the files, each file will provide you the status while it's loading and when the loading is complete the status will show Ready.



If a loan file has already been imported, you'll see a red File Already Imported indicator under the files name.



Borrower Social Security Number

Click the eye icon next to the Social Security Number to reveal and view the full Social Security Number. 



Delete Loan

Individual MISMO files can be removed prior to importing them. Hover your mouse cursor over the the loan to reveal the trashcan icon on the right end of the row. Click the trashcan icon



Click Confirm Delete to confirm removing the loan from the import.

5. Assign the loan team by clicking the dropdown menu and selecting the loan team member. 

  • If you have loan team members set for automatic assignment, the loan team members will automatically populate in the fields when uploading Active Loans.


The Loan Officer is a required field, but all other loan team fields are optional. 


Click +Additional Members to open up and add additional Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, and/or Processor.



For Active Loans, each loan file has fields that can be viewed or edited in the preview prior to importing the files.

  • Borrower SSN*
  • Monthly Income*
  • Borrower Email
  • Borrower Phone
  • Loan Amount
  • LTV
  • Loan Purpose*
  • Occupancy*
  • Property Price or Value*

Monthly Income 

Click the i (information icon) next to the income amount. You'll be able to view the Income Breakdown or click the Ignore toggle, which will remove the TRID Date



Loan Purpose

Click the Loan Purpose menu to select an option or change the selection to Purchase or Refinance



Occupancy

Click the Occupancy menu to select an option or change the selection to Primary Residence, Second Home, or Investment.



Property Price or Value

Click into the Property Price field to edit or enter the property price amount.



Property Address

Click the Address field to add, edit, or select the To Be Determined toggle. Click Save.


If the selected Loan Officer isn't licensed in the state, the property address will appear in red. Hovering your mouse cursor over the red address, will provide this information. 



TRID Date

Click the TRID Date to add, edit, or clear the date.

5. Select the Loan Officer.

The Loan Officer is a required field.



For Closed Loans, each loan file has fields that can be viewed or edited in the preview prior to importing the files.

Industry Channel Selection

If you are a user on the Non Del subscription plan, you will have an option to select if the industry channel is Brokered. If Brokered is not selected, then the industry loan channel will be Non Del.



Horizontal Scrollbar

You will likely need to utilize hortizontal scrollbar to view or edit the columns of data at the right end each loan file's row. You can hover your mouse cursor under the last loan file in your list to reveal the scrollbar. Click and hold to move the scrollbar to the left or right. 



App Intake Date

Click the App Intake Date to add, edit, or clear the date.



TRID Date

Click the TRID Date to add, edit, or clear the date.



Docs Signed Date

Click the Docs Signed Date to add, edit, or clear the date.



Funded Date

Click the Funded Date to add, edit, or clear the date.




6. After you have completed making any adjustments to your loans, click Start Loan Import in the lower right to begin importing your loan files.



A popup message will appear asking to confirm you would like to begin importing the loan files. Click Start Loan Import to confirm and begin importing loan files. 



The status will show a loading circle and there will be a popup message informing you an email will be sent to you when the import has completed. 



Once the loan import has completed, an email will be sent to notify you of the status.
