This results from using the wrong login URL.
Each organization has their own unique LOS URL (login link). If you don't know your organization's login URL, you can contact other users in your organization or ARIVE Support. Every organization's LOS URL will always end with .myarive.com
If you bookmark the page in your web browser when at your login screen, the wrong URL will be saved. Most likely, the bookmarked link will be similar to the one in the image below.
We recommend you manually edit your bookmark, and change the saved URL to your company's login URL. This will insure the correct bookmark is saved. You can do an internet search to find tutorials for how to edit bookmarks for your specific browser. Find links to instructions for Google Chrome and Safari below.
