ARIVE currently supports integrations with CRMs and other third-party systems through Zapier. This integration is accessible in the Pro Plan and above, and it operates at two levels: Company/Branch and User Level.

Company/Branch Level: Admins with a Company Paid subscription can access the Zapier Integration at the Company/Branch level. The Zaps will function for all loans within the company. They must ensure that Self Paid LOs have the Pro Plan, if applicable.

User Level: Admins and LOs with a Self Paid subscription (Pro Plan) can obtain Zapier credentials at the user level. The Zaps will only trigger for the loans assigned (Primary LO) to them.

In Zapier, a Zap is triggered by an event or action that occurs in one of the connected apps. This event is referred to as the trigger, and it initiates the execution of the Zap and its subsequent actions.

When you create a Zap, you select a trigger app and specify the trigger event that will start the workflow.

The trigger event could be:

- New Loan in ARIVE

- Loan Application Submitted in POS

- Loan Status Updated in ARIVE

- Loan Trackers Updated in ARIVE

- Loan Archived in ARIVE

- Loan Date Updated in ARIVE

- New Lead in ARIVE

- Lead Updated in ARIVE

For example, you can set up a Zap to push data to your CRM each time the loan status updates in ARIVE. In this Zap, the trigger is the ‘Loan Status Updated in ARIVE'.

Once the trigger event occurs, Zapier detects it and executes the associated Zap. The Zap then performs the specified actions in response to the trigger. Actions are tasks that Zapier performs in other connected apps based on the trigger event. These actions can include creating a new loan/lead, updating a loan/lead, or other supported actions.
