-ARIVE has many notifications that you can setup to ensure your team, borrowers, and other 3rd parties are kept in the loop with the various updates of your loans. This article covers the different types of notifications and where to find them. Although there are some customizable differences for notification categories, most notification types can be setup to be sent via email or text (if you have a connected Twilio account). Additionally, you can choose which ones you want your loan team to utilize and which relevant parties should receive them.

-If you are a company admin then you can access the Loan Notifications by going to your Company Settings (via clicking on your logo in the top right of your screen when logged in) and then selecting the Email/SMS Templates tab on the right side. There are system default notification drafts already provided to you, but you're also able to edit the templates and who receives them to fit your needs. You can edit them by clicking on the 3 dots on the right side of the notification and selecting "Edit Template".

-To turn a template on for Email or SMS, simply click the toggle button for that template below either the Email and/or SMS columns. If the toggle button is on the right side and is blue then that template is active, and if it is on the left or gray, then it is not activated. If the notification name's letters are Red, then you have it activated but have not chosen a party for the "To" field for the notification.
