There are two different account types in ARIVE that Processors can use.

Processor - User in a Brokerage's Company Account

• Processors can be added as a user in a Brokerage's company account, using an Occasional/Support Staff seat.
• Processor's in a Brokerage's company account can only be given access to loan files in that brokerage's company account.
• Can be Self Paid (user purchases their own subscription) or Company Paid (on the Brokerage's company subscription).
• Costs $24.99, $39.99, or $49.95/mo (depending on the subscription plan) (discount may be available for annual subscription).
• To be added as a Processor in a Brokerage's company account, reach out to the account's Company Admin.

Contract Processor - User in a Third Party Processing Company's Company Account

• Contract Processors can create an account for their Third Party Processing Company (or be added to this company's existing account).
• Contract Processors can be given access to any loan file in ARIVE, by the LO on the loan file.
• Can be Self Paid (user purchases their own subscription) or Company Paid (on the Third Party Processing Company's company subscription).
• Costs $59.99/mo (discount available for annual subscription).
