The email, phone, and text buttons located in loans and leads can be configured to provide seamless borrower communication by connecting the button with the third party application on your device.
The only purpose of these buttons is to open the respective email, phone, or text application on your device. Any communication sent from outside of ARIVE in this method will not be logged or tracked by ARIVE. Therefore, you won't see any messages sent utilizing these buttons in Email Tracking, SMS Tracking, Email Logs, Activity Logs, etc.
You can find the email, phone, and text buttons in your loans and leads under your borrower's name in the upper left corner.
