The SMS Tracking tab in your Company Settings provides a comprehensive record of all SMS messages sent through ARIVE by your organization.


Find the SMS Tracking tab in Branch Settings, offering visibility into all branch users' messages, or in User Settings, where it displays only your sent messages. 

Opening SMS: Simply click on the SMS previews to open and view their content. 

Searching for SMS: Utilize the search bar located in the upper left to quickly locate texts sent to a specific recipient.

Filtering SMS: Utilize the "Period" and "Status" options to filter your SMS based on date period and delivery status.

SMS Sent Status: Beneath each SMS, you'll notice a green double check symbol, confirming that your SMS message was sent successfully.


Important: In case of an SMS failure, hover your mouse over the error icon to view the error message.



To review the SMS history of a particular loan file, navigate to the "SMS Tracker" tab within the action menu of the respective loan file.
