When pricing a loan, you can set a Rate Alert for a product to receive a notification when the rate drops to your selected target.

To do this, click the dropdown button to the right of the button to Apply the product, then click Set Rate Alert.

Select the rate and enter the target price, then click Set Rate Alert.

Once set, you can see all of your rate alerts in the Pricing > Rate Alerts section of ARIVE. You can also create new rate alerts from here by clicking +Rate Alert.

When a rate alert is triggered, you will receive a notification email like this.
