HOT-13863 - POS: Consent updates on the review screen for the borrower portal.
  • Borrower eConsent and Credit Consent are moved to a separate section after review client application, but before submission.
  • Each borrower needs to provide their consent. Borrowers and co-borrower can now provide consent at the same point in the process.



HOT-13579 - POS: Income screen updates.

POS income view design updates:
  1. The borrower is requested if they have a 2-year employment history. A two-year income warning message is added if the user selects YES for two-year employment.
  2. Self-employment as a new income type should be visible in the income type dropdown.


 

HOT-13970 - Disclosures[Doc Magic]: Print contact info on Service You Can Shop for For form.

Added the following in the Additional Details for Services You Can Shop For form.
  • The company address of the Service Agent selected is getting displayed under the contact information
  • The company phone number is getting displayed under the contact information
  • If the company phone is not present, Service Agent’s Work phone/ Cell phone is getting displayed under the contact information



HOT-13933 - Capture the MLO state license number and map it appropriately to 1003 [Doc Magic].

Added the following in the Uniform Residential Loan Application under Section 9:
  • For company {{state license ID }} state license is mapped from company settings > License
  • For the user State License ID state license is mapped from User Settings > Licenses





HOT-11402 - Update sender to Loan Officer for a borrower confirmation email.

Fixed: A loan confirmation email when the borrower starts the app from POS is now being sent from the Loan officer, earlier it was being sent by the Company admin.
