Branches can be either Company Paid or Branch Paid.

Company Paid

Branches are usually Company Paid by default. Users within the branch can be set to either Company Paid (and use a seat on the main company subscription) or Self Paid (and purchase their own subscription individually).

Branch Paid

When a branch is set to Branch Paid, the Branch Admin(s) can then purchase a branch subscription via the Branch Settings > Plans and Billing. Users within the branch can be set to either Branch Paid (and use a seat on the branch subscription) or Self Paid (and purchase their own subscription individually).

Currently this must be done by our support team. If you wish to set one of your branches as Branch Paid, please email support@arive.com and they will make this change for you.
