How it Works

Company Admins have the ability to enter payment details at the company level.  This will also allow them to purchase seats for the company.  Once seats are purchased, active users who are Company Paid will use those seats automatically.  With this in mind, you need seats for each active user.  If a user should not be using a seat, you should either deactivate them or make them as Self-Paid.

Managing Plans and Billing

You can check the Plans and Billing screen in the Company Settings once seats have been purchased to see those seats and to purchase additional seats.  From here, you can also change the stored credit card details.


Purchasing Seats for the First Time

To purchase seats, try the following:

  1. Click the profile icon at the top right of ARIVE.
  2. Click Plans and Billing in the left-hand list.
  3. Use the - and + icons on the appropriate row to select how many seats you want for Regular Users and Occasional Users.  You can change if the selected seats are being purchased Annually or Monthly with the buttons at the top of the screen. This affects all seats being purchased at in this instance of payment.
  4. Once you have set the desired seats, click Proceed to Payment.
  5. Enter the credit Card Number and associated details, as well as the Billing Address details.
  6. Click Review and Pay.

You will be asked to review the billing details prior to authorizing the transaction.


Purchasing Additional Seats

To purchase additional seats, try the following:

  1. Click the profile icon at the top right of ARIVE.
  2. Click Plans and Billing in the left-hand list.
  3. Click Change Plan in the Plan Details section.
  4. Use the - and + icons on the appropriate row to select how many seats you want for Regular Users and Occasional Users.  You can change if the selected seats are being purchased Annually or Monthly with the buttons at the top of the screen. This affects all seats being purchased at in this instance of payment.
  5. Check the box whose text begins with "By clicking 'Confirm Update,'" to confirm you've read and agree to the Platform Subscription Agreement and Terms of Use.
  6. Click Confirm Update.


Purchasing Self-Paid Seats
