Understand how ARIVE seats, subscription tiers, and billing schedules work for your company or individual account.
Overview
ARIVE uses a simple monthly or annual fee for each user. The system uses a "seats" system where you purchase the seat license and assign them to team members. This flexible model lets companies keep and swap seats between users if staffing changes, allowing you to reassign licenses to different professionals as needed. FAQs
What happens if a user leaves my company?
If the seat is paid for by the branch or company, you keep the license. You can reassign that seat to a different professional on your team. If the seat will stay unused, you can cancel it in the Plans & Billing tab to avoid future charges.
