There are three different places where you can adjust points on Manual Lender loans.

In the Pricing Engine Prior to Applying the Product

Click the pencil beside the product's rate, then click Edit Price.

Here you can add any adjustments you like.

In the Review Fees tab After Applying the Product

In the Review Fees tab of the loan file, click the % of Loan Amount (Points) amount shown in Section A.

In the Loan Center After Applying the Product

Go to the Loan Center tab of the loan file, and click the Edit button in the upper right corner of the Lender / Product Info.

Then click Edit Price,

And you can add whatever adjustments are needed.
