There are three different places where you can adjust points on Manual Lender loans.

In the Pricing Engine Prior to Applying the Product

Click the pencil beside the product's rate,

Then click Rate Points,

Here you can add any adjustments you like.

In the Review Fees tab After Applying the Product

In the Review Fees tab of the loan file, click the Rate / Final Points amount shown at the top center of the screen.

In the Loan Center After Applying the Product

Go to the Loan Center tab of the loan file, and click the pencil to the right of the name of the product.

Then click Rate Points,

And you can add whatever adjustments are needed.
