Loans can be archived to hide them from all pipeline views and call reports. This is not deleting a loan, in the sense the loan can still be found and retrieved if needed.
Archiving a Loan
To archive a loan, try these steps:
- Go to your pipeline screen.
- On the loan's row, click the Action Menu, the three dots on the far right.
- A menu will open. Select Archive at the bottom of the menu.
- Click Confirm when prompted.

Finding or Unarchiving a Loan
To see archived files or to unarchive a loan:
- Go to your pipeline screen.
- Click the filter icon at the top right.
- Check the Archived checkbox near the bottom.
- Click the Apply button at the bottom.
Your pipeline will update, applying the filter, and show only your archived files. - If you want to restore your pipeline to see unarchived loans, you can repeat steps 1-4, but deselect the Archived checkbox in step 3.
- If you want to unarchive a loan, click the Action Menu, the three dots on the far right on the row of the loan.
- In the menu that opens, select Unarchive.
- When you are done restoring loans, you can restore your pipeline by following step 5 above.

Deleting a loan is not possible at this time. However, users have requested this feature to remove test loans from their system. We are looking to provide a delete feature in a future release.
