Loans can be archived to hide them from all pipeline views and call reports.  This is not deleting a loan, in the sense the loan can still be found and retrieved if needed.

Archiving a Loan

To archive a loan, try these steps:

  1. Go to your pipeline screen.
  2. On the loan's row, click the Action Menu, the three dots on the far right.
  3. A menu will open. Select Archive at the bottom of the menu. 
  4. Click Confirm when prompted.

Finding or Unarchiving a Loan

To see archived files or to unarchive a loan:

  1. Go to your pipeline screen.
  2. Click the filter icon at the top right.
  3. Check the Archived checkbox near the bottom.
  4. Click the Apply button at the bottom.
    Your pipeline will update, applying the filter, and show only your archived files.
  5. If you want to restore your pipeline to see unarchived loans, you can repeat steps 1-4, but deselect the Archived checkbox in step 3.
  6. If you want to unarchive a loan, click the Action Menu, the three dots on the far right on the row of the loan.
  7. In the menu that opens, select Unarchive.
  8. When you are done restoring loans, you can restore your pipeline by following step 5 above.

Deleting a loan is not possible at this time. However, users have requested this feature to remove test loans from their system. We are looking to provide a delete feature in a future release.
