The Borrower Portal URL determines which loan officer receives the loan when the borrower submits the application.  See below for more information.

Default

Using the main URL will use the default Lead Assignee established in your Company Settings.

Setting the Default Lead Assignee

To set or identify the Lead Assignee, try the following:

  1. Click the profile icon at the top right of ARIVE.
  2. Click Edit for the Organization Info at the top center of the screen.
  3. Find or update the Lead Assignee drop down menu at the bottom center of the screen.
  4. Click Save, which appears at the top center of the screen, replacing the Edit link from step 2 above.

Creating the Default Borrower Portal Link

There is a default borrower portal set for the company.  Unique Loan Officer Links (see below) utilize the company URL as a reference point.  To find or edit the main link:

  1. Click the profile icon at the top right of ARIVE.
  2. Select Company Settings in the menu.
  3. Go to POS Config in the left-hand menu.
  4. On the top right, there is a Domain Settings section.  The field beneath "Enter Domain" is your company URL.
  5. If you wish to copy the URL, to send in an email or the like, you can click the Copy Link link below the Enter Domain field.
  6. If you wish to edit the URL, you can click Edit at the top right of the screen.  Then, update the field to reflect your desired URL.  Click Save at the top right.  Note:  This must be unique across the ARIVE system.

Creating Unique Loan Officer Links

Loan officers can also create their own unique URLs which will assign loans to them.  If any borrower uses the URL specific to that loan officer, their loan will be assigned to that loan officer.  In this way, loan officers can send their unique links directly to borrowers they have been speaking to to generate loans.

To Generate a Unique LO Link:

  1. Click the profile icon at the top right of ARIVE.
  2. Click the copy icon to the right of Borrower Portal.
  3. You can now paste this for use.  For example, try pasting it in an email to a borrower, and invite them to complete their application in your portal.
