A loan officer can designate processors and loan officer assistants to be automatically assigned to their loans. To do this, the loan officer should:
- Click the profile icon at the top right of ARIVE.
- Click User Settings.
- Click My Team on the left side of the screen.
- Click Manage at the top right.
- Check the checkbox next to users you want to add to your team. You can switch between LOAs and Processors with the links at the top of the window.
- Click Close at the bottom when done.
