To add users or business contacts to an existing Loan File, go into the Loan Center tab. Under the File Contacts section, click Loan Team to add other users from within your company, Business Contact to add business contacts, or Manage CP/Contract Processors (usually hidden behind a "..." button) to assign a Contract Processor.
When you click the Loan Team button, you'll see the other users you can assign to the loan, with separate tabs at the top for different roles. Users are listed by branch--your branch first, then other branches. If a user is in multiple branches, they will be listed multiple times, once under each branch they are in. To add users, check the checkbox next to them. To remove users, uncheck the checkbox. When you are done making changes, click Save.
To designate the Primary LO, click the star next to an LO assigned to the loan file.
When you click the Business Contact button, you'll see a list of business contacts you can assign to the loan file. You can search using the search bar, filter by type using the filter at the top, or create a new business contact by clicking the +New Contact button. To add a contact to the file, check the checkbox next to them. To remove a contact, uncheck the checkbox. When you are done making changes, click Save.
When you click the Manage CP/Contract Processors button, you'll see the Contract Processors you can assign to the loan. Contact Processors shown here are determined by the User Settings > My Teams of the Primary Loan Officer on the loan file--only CPs added in the primary LO's My Teams can be added to the loan. You can assign multiple Contract Processors to one loan file, but only if they are from the same company. You cannot assign two Contract Processors from different Contract Processor company accounts to the same loan file at the same time.
Automatic Assignment
If you are a loan officer, you can set team members to be automatically assigned to all of your new loans from your User Settings > My Teams.
Bulk Assignment
You can use the Mass User Assignment button in your User Settings > My Teams to assign the selected user to all of your active loan files.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reassign a loan to a different branch?
Which branch a loan file is in is determined by the Primary LO on the file, and (in cases where the LO is in multiple branches) which branch they are assigned to the file through.
Users in multiple branches are listed multiple times in the Loan Team dropdown, once under each branch they are in. To change the branch a loan is in without changing the primary LO, simply "reassign" it to the same LO under the new branch.
Can I reassign files in bulk/all at once?
Loan file assignment can only be adjusted one file at a time, with three exceptions:
- As mentioned above, you can use the Mass User Assignment button in your User Settings > My Teams to assign the selected user to all of your loan files.
- When an Admin is removing a user from a branch, they will be prompted to bulk-reassign any loan files that user is assigned to under the branch they are being removed from. To leave the files with the same user, "reassign" them to the same user in whichever branch they are still in.
- When an Admin is Deactivating or Deleting a user, they will be prompted to bulk-reassign that user's loan files to a different user.
Other than those cases, there is no way to add or remove users to/from loan files in bulk.
