ARIVE.Next has been fully updated to support the new URLA format based on MISMO 3.4 standards.  These changes went live 2/20/21, and ARIVE currently supports both the old 2009 1003 format as well as the new 2021 format side by side.  ARIVE can import and export both 3.2 files as well as 3.4 files, reflecting this.
